Use a different layouter for class diagramms

If you search the web for "Sugibib" you find some nice example screenshots and references to similar work.
The layout algorithms described there usually produces nicer results for class diagrams than dot.
I do think dot is great for flow charts, activity and state diagrams, but for classes the result frequently looks awkward.
Mabye one needs tuning or invisible grouping options to imporve the layout
(edit: had to fix some terrible typos)

Hello,
Search for "Sugibib" gives interesting result... but is there any Java implementation ? I cannot find any of them.
Anyway, thanks for the information : this will be usefull if we try to use other engine than dot.
