PlantUML contribution

I've written an feature in plantuml which could allow to include content from url like, something like :

!includeurl http://www.something.com/somefile.txt

If you find this feature interesting, how can I provide the code back to the svn trunk ?

Usually, people send us a mail with the modified files, so that we integrate it in the main project.
