I need to make a diagram similar to this one, but it looks like there are some things that I can't do(or don't know how to do) in plantuml, specifically the half circle(like "DeliveryNotification"), the full circle without connection to something else(like "IncomingSensorData") and double lines to a circle(like "PatientStatusMgmt").
