Hide Bottom of timing diagram

Sometimes I need to hide thebottom part of timing diagram with the scale

From version 1.2020.3, you can use:

hide time-axis

@PlantUML:

• Perhaps, in order to be consistent, to add `hide footbox` also as synonym?

Great that the feature now works. However, when removing the time-axis, the diagram becomes open at the bottom and this may confuse readers about whether the figure is complete or has been truncated. When removing time axis, could you add a bottom border? (same border as the 3 other sides have) Would be more elegant.
