I have used plantuml Tool-tip over arrows for class diagram.
e.g. Task1-[bold]->Task2 [[V1]] (Task1 and Task2 are classes)
In IE, tool tip text appears on left corner of browser.
In chrome also, sometimes tool tip appears quicly when we take mouse over arrow but sometimes it doesn't show tool-tip text. Also for tool tip we have to place the mouse exactly on the arrow, is it possible to increase the area where tool tip can appear in case of tool yip over arrow.
