Zoom fit and Fit width

How do I activate the options "Zoom fit" and "Fit width" or what is the syntax for it? Please give an example

Those checkboxes are displayed on the main windows on the GUI ( http://plantuml.com/gui )

There are no syntax : it's just a simple and basic zoom feature of the GUI window.

I'm stupid. I thought that was what you can do in the SVG.
