Improve arrow position (and especially at right angle)[on Gantt diagram][only for SVG]

Hello PlantUML team,

On the same subject of the Improvement of arrow position.

• Could you improve the arrow position or the arrow right angle definition, in this Gantt diagram example?

See issue, on v1.2020.15-16beta, only for SVG output, especially at the right angle of the arrow on the below output, [best observation with Scale 7 or more]:

Here is an update of the diagram (with @startgantt now...):
