Improve arrow position (and especially begin/end of arrow)[on State diagram]

Hello PlantUML team,

On the same subject of:

  • Could you improve the arrow position, in this State diagram example (from QA-11901)?

See issue, on v1.2020.15-16beta, on both PNG and SVG, especially at the beginning and at he end of the arrow "a2b_1" on the below output, [best observation with Scale 3 and blue arrow]:


FYI, if the text is longer ("a2b_123456") that is almost OK:
