using arrowtail without arrowhead sets wrong direction

This diagram uses arrowtails (begin markers).

Unless there is also an arrowhead (end marker), the arrow uses the opposite (wrong) direction.

Is this the second attempt of https://forum.plantuml.net/12278/o-sets-wrong-arrow-direction otherwise see to it that the image is at least accessible.
