Very often one wants to refer from one page to a heading on the same or another page.
Unfortunately there are no meaningful anchors as in github (eg creole#special-characters), and as https://forum.plantuml.net/13124 shows, anchors don't seem to be preserved between edits.
Which means that many doc links to specific anchors are broken. BTW, would anyone like to run eg http://wummel.github.io/linkchecker/ to check the doc for broken links?
