"Claim" and support default extension .pu

Question

Please support .pu as an extension in the GUI next to txt, tex, etc.

Also "claim"/register this extension which is still fee at:

If you want, you can contact me to help out with the registration of .pu at all these site.

Implementing this can allow for quick automated rendering, previewing and even visual "diff"-ing in GitHub based on the file extension without having to inspect files first. The way PlantUML is finding files to process is fine, but an extension for filtering out PlantUML files without inspecting them internally is a must have for integration with e.g. GitHub on file name bases.

I have request .pu and .plantuml at several sites. I am not familiar with .iuml but feel free to request them yourself. :)

Done in V7986 : .pu extension has been added in both GUI and command line.

A note about GUI : since PlantUML is storing the extension list, you will still find the old list (without .pu) on machines where the GUI has already been used. You have to manually had .pu in the list.

On new machine (where PlantUML has never been run), the list will contain the .pu at first launch.
