What is the mapping between Plantuml diagrams and Graphiz Layout (dot, neato, circo...) ?

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a mapping between types of diagrams (sequence, class,activity, use case...) and Graphviz layouts ( dot, neato, circo, twopi, nop, nop2, osage... ) ?

I have a hard time understanding how to prettify plantuml diagrams ( big ones ) ...
