I have seen this a bunch whiteboarding... could we add a group of people icon (almost identical but multiple heads, often just one extra sort of behind the front one)
I can suggest "community" after a quick thesaurus search.
If you use "community", this diagram should look similar but suggest a group of people instead of one instead of the current syntax error.
