Where can I found the changelog of PlantUML versions?

It is a great initiative.

Be careful to include all the modifications:

For example I guess that version 7996 includes the New "Zoom fit feature" that is not part of the change log.

Hmm - what's the "Zoom fit feature"? A quick search didn't reveal anything. I think that sometimes the PlantUML team will include a feature for a specific user request, but they consider it to be in "beta" and won't put it on the official release notes.

Maybe a tracking tool would help to strictly follow the new functionalities and bugs fix :S

I agree that the "pending" page leaves a bit to be desired. I'm trying to be encouraging because the pending page is more than we had before. :)
