Deploy plantuml in azure docker

trying to deploy plantumlserver in our environment using the Jetty docker image , getting Bad Message 431 reason: Request Header Fields Too Large"

I would suggest logging the HTTP request and getting more information on which header is causing the issue. This could be a webserver issue
