files-diagram: SVG does not support "HTML creole" waves, colored strokes, underlines and waves

Question

Based on documentation PlantUML Wiki Documentation files-diagram does it support `colored strokes`, `colored underlines` and `waved underlines`.

This is working for png .

but not for svg

(all others look ok)

FYI, that is not restricted for 'files diagram' but that is more generic.

You are right, the svg does not render properly.
