Documentation of preprocessing/macros (8008)

Question

Many thanks for the updated documentation. If you don't mind, I'd like to submit several bug reports regarding missing sections in the documentation. Please let me know whether you prefer them grouped in one question thread, or separate questions, and whether to have them asked all at once, or one after the other.

The first one deals with mentioning in the Reference Guide of the Preprocessing/macros feature from http://plantuml.sourceforge.net/preprocessing.html

BTW, this page is missing the following documentation:

•  Macro variable expansion: http://plantuml.sourceforge.net/qa/?qa=1651/macro-variable-expansion
• Environment variable accepted (%..%) in !include path : http://plantuml.sourceforge.net/qa/?qa=1576/use-environment-variable-for-include-directive-path
• A macro can be defined by another macro: AUTHEN & DOUBLE example
• A macro can be polymorphic wrt argument count:
  !define module(x) component x <<module>>
  !define module(x,y) component x as y <<module>>
