Show "Preprocessing" in the menubar

Proposal: Add "Preprocessing" to the right of "State" and "Object" in the menubar. The drop-down list shall include links to the subsections of http://plantuml.sourceforge.net/preprocessing.html.

Justification: It's currently too easy to over-look this page, which is a shame.

Good idea!

For the moment, we have added it the the left part of the menus (except when Q/A is displayed, because this is somehow more complex to do, but we will do it also latter).

I had missed that when I select a "menu" in the menu bar "Preprocessing" is shown below "Question & Answer" to the left.
