Is it possible to display Note on clicking hyperlink in .svg format?

Hi

In sequence diagrams; is it possible to display note (with some data) opon cliking pertucular event/reference link.

Basically I don't want to show all the data in note form statically after generating the .svg file. If user needs more info on perticular event, he should be able to click that event and able to get more info with notification window kind of thing.
