How to hyperlink to a line number in the source code?

Hi

I would like to use hyper links to the sequence diagrams. The requirement is when we click on the message it should take me to the corresponding code/line number in the plant uml code. This is something similar to href in the html code. This helps us in quickly editing on the fly.
