The problem can be observed when using SVG generation with the plugin for MediaWiki - switching to bitmap
and an image map resoves the problem but we lose the nr 1 pro of SVG - it becomes searchable in the
MediaWiki (or the web page in general).
Can this be fixed (will specification of a target for the link help out?)
