Hi, I'm using plantuml exposed as a webservice (http://plantuml.com/server.html) from XWiki, which is LGPL licensed. Does it implies that I have to use only LGPL version of plantuml even when in indirect use, in form of webservice?

Thank you.

Since PlantUML is used as a webservice, there are no direct connection between XWiki and PlantUML.

As you said, the link is indirect

So you can use the GPL version of PlantUML with XWiki, even if XWiki is LGPL.

Hope this helps!
