Links (url) in an activity diagram?

I am using PlantUML with XWiki; I would like to include links to other wiki pages within the activity diagram, so that a user can look at the diagram, see what the next step is, and click on the link to take him to the next wiki page. Can this be done?

I have tried putting links in a note, of the form "[[QP-100ForeignObjectDamage]]" (as required by XWIki); and the the link comes out blue and underlined, but it is not clickable.

Your question seems more related to XWiki plugin. You should ask it on http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/PlantUML+Macro

I suppose you are implying that I should be able to click on the link? this is actually something that plantuml is able to do? where is that documented, maybe I'm not doing it right?
