0 byte PNG generated when a `while` is nested in a `repeat` inside a swimlane

If you remove the swimlane, this example works fine using the activity beta syntax. If instead you remove the nesting of the `while` within the `repeat`, it works fine. All three together and a zero byte PNG is returned with no syntax error.
