error message if same name is used for different objects

Question

maybe this is custom to my configuration, however if I make <usecase sameid> and a <rectangle sameid>
nothing is rendered. I was confused a lot by this unexpected behaviour

It would be great to have an error message indicating that the same id cannot be defined twice
