20b13 complains "allow mixing" 20b4 (online works)

Just trying to find out how to embed tables with parameters for the elements, putting table in rectangles or objects blows up, but using notes works on line, but not with more recent version so far as I can tell. e.g. This works with current on line version (20b4) but not with 20b13

This should be fixed in last beta http://beta.plantuml.net/plantuml.jar
