please support additional layout direction directives

We have currently supported:

left to right direction

top to bottom direction

Could plantuml also support:

right to left direction

bottom to top direction

?

Hi Plantuml team! Supporting additional 2 layout direction will improve readability of diagrams in many cases. For example, you don't need to re-write the diagram in case you want it to be displayed "upside-down" or "rightside-left".
In my particular case this is really a need when you draw just a small piece out of a large diagram automatically. If additional layouts are implemented, I'll be able to apply the desired orientation to the piece based on the user's input.

And, this does not look a hard feature to implement. Could you please support it?
