Is it possible to name time values in a timing diagram?

Hiya y'all!

I was wondering if it's possible to name specific values on the timeline, and possibly hide the unnamed ones. For example, I'm trying to make a small diagram of noise margins for combinational devices, and I'd love to make a diagram that looked like this:

     0                                                   1                                              

---------|-------|----------------|-------|------------->

         Vol    Vil                Vih    Voh

If the above makes any sense lol. I love PlantUML, thanks for developing it!
