Sorry I haven't been more active here. I'm between $DAYJOB right now and catching up on my open source contribs.
I would like to make the Fedora package for PlantUML excellent and I don't know what the process is for communicating with you "upstream" folks.
Is there a contributor's guide that I have overlooked? (fwiw, I'm comfortable reading French, if necessary)
