How to call webservice API or REST API from PlantUML page?

Hello Experts,

I want to send the plantUML geneated output file to another application.

Is it possible to customize the PlantUML page with custom function which will send the data to another application?

Requirement : We want to send the generated output file to polarion application. Polarion supports both Webservice API and REST API.

Any example with steps will be helpful
