How to build elk-full.jar or download it from a trusted source?

Hi,

https://plantuml.com/elk provides an http (sic!) link to http://beta.plantuml.net/elk-full.jar

How do I build elk-full.jar ?

Is there any way to download it using https or get a checksum of the file so that I may be confident about its origin?

FYI from V1.2024.6, Eclipse Layout Kernel is now integrated in the main library.
