Allow start dates to refer to date/range names

http://forum.plantuml.net/7781 added naming dates... let's call it "basic sprint support" :-)

Now I'd like to have stories like

[Make tests green again] in [Sprint 5]

Instead of

[Make tests green again] lasts 10 days and starts the 2018/11/19
