Is it possible to name time values in a timing diagram?

Hiya y'all!

I was wondering if it's possible to name specific values on the timeline, and possibly hide the unnamed ones. For example, I'm trying to make a small diagram of noise margins for combinational devices, and I'd love to make a diagram that looked like this:

I would like something similar - so I could show a 2 week cadence without dates:

day 0 - task X documentation sent out

day 2 - inform team R about new task X beginning

day 6 - shut down pipeline

etc.

This way we are not showing based on dates, but based on the 2 week cadence and whichever date is "day 0" we know how the handoffs and tasks are scheduled.
