Gantt Chart : Ability to Render Text Above or Below a Task

Question

The new Gantt Chart is very useful, however rendering the task text within the task timeline is not always the best approach, especially if the font type or size is changed.

Please introduce a SkinParam setting to render the task text below or above the task timeline.  Also, the render of other elements/lines should recognize this selection and adjust their spacing accordingly.
