Gant Task with Start End and Partial Resource

Question

I'm trying something like

[Erstellen Servicelandkarte] as [Servicelandkarte] on {Marc} at 10 % starts on 2018/08/05
[Servicelandkarte] ends on 2018/08/31

But I can't find the right syntax.
